Once upon a time, I wanted to be a chef. I guess because cooking has always been apart of my life, my grandfather showed my early in my childhood. Eating is also one of my favorite things to do, and I was born with a fancy, fearless pallet, so I’m always trying new shit. So I registered for commercial cooking classes a few years ago, and I must admit, it was very beneficial to me, for a variety of reasons.
Egg’s was a class in itself, there’s rules of storage, how to properly crack them, avoiding cross contamination, all the different ways to cook them and so forth. My fav however was Egg’s Benedict, the combination of an English Muffin, poached eggs, ham and hollandaise sauce, does something to me. So I browsed YouTube to find a recipe and to also share, and Gordan Ramsey demonstrates how it’s done in a simple easy to follow manner. If you’ve never tried them, I encourage you to give them your attention and spend your life taking more food risks. ~ The Hurricane Du
